Founding member of team which raised $2.1 Billion of equity to
establish Tygris Commercial Finance, Inc., a newly formed entity created to
take advantage of the disruption in the credit markets and support the
financing needs of US middle-market companies. Identified market
opportunity, developed business plan, recruited management, led
acquisitions (USXL-$100MM, small ticket leasing company purchased from DLJ
Merchant Banking; MarCap-$400MM of healthcare leasing assets purchased from
Pritzker Group), secured $1.2B of debt funding for the acquisitions and for
organic growth. Joined Tygris leadership team as CFO & Head of Corporate
Development; assisted PE Consortium in recent sale of Tygris to Everbank.
