SUMMARY

I am a professional with a wide range of experience ranging from the shop

floor to the evaluation and implementation of ERP systems. I have a great

deal of experience in continuous improvement, cost reductions, lead time

improvement and moving the work place, both floor and office to a leaner

environment. The majority of my experience involves working with the

interface between the shop floor and the financial portion of the business

. Recruited, interviewed, trained, developed and supervised Industrial and

Manufacturing Engineers

. Planned and managed numerous equipment moves to change floor layouts from

linear to cellular

internal maintenance people in the course of completing projects

. Designed the plan to transfer data from previous system to Pansophic

(PRMS) MRP system
