Design Experience
. Water Pipeline Design. The water pipeline design (8" to 18") was
prepared based on the hydraulic analysis and feasibility study
report. The design also included specifications prepared for the
construction bidding. Examples include pipelines extension for:

. Sewer Pipeline Designs. Responsibilities included field data
verification, prepare the propose alignment, tributary area

specification preparation. The pipeline designs were prepared

< North Navajo Road trunk sewer (8" to 12") - Victor Valley
Wastewater Reclamation Authority (VVWRA)
< North Apple Valley Interceptor sewer (8" to 24") - Combined
project between Town of Apple Valley, San Bernardino County
and City Victorville.
< Apple Valley Sewer Pipeline Extension - Town of Apple Valley
. Pre-Design Feasibility Studies. In charge for water/sewer
facilities planning (feasibility studies). The water feasibility
studies are using both Kentucky Pipe and H2O Net Program for the
water hydraulic analysis. The sewer feasibility studies are using
the In-house hydraulic program. Both water and sewer feasibility
studies involved a report preparation, generation of water or sewer
demand, siting of on-site/off-site facilities as required,
construction cost, and connection/buy in fee for the new proposed

Master Planning and Other Experience
. Water Master Plan, Responsibilities included field data
verification, gathering database and set up computer hydraulic

system and calibration. Also prepared the cost analysis for the
capitol improvements programs, connection fee review and report
preparation. The water master plans were prepared for:

reimbursed to the developer if any other parcels or new
developments are benefit from the new improvement (water or sewer
pipeline improvement). The credit will be based on the acreage of
each parcel. The report format will then submitted to the client.

< Service Agreement. The agreement was prepared between the
Agency (BBCCSD) and Developer (new tract housing) regarding
the new infrastructure and service will be maintained by the
agency.
< Entitlement and Special Utility Easement Agreement. City of
Huntington Beach.
. Yearly Connection Fee Review. Prepare the annual adjustment
connection fee review based on Engineering New Records (ENR) for:

Other Experience
Research for Master thesis: Cleaning Effluent Gas Stream through
Biograding -- Using Biofilter. Evaluation of concentrations of toxic
liquid, 1,2-Dichloroethane; heavily used in aviation (most notably as
degreaser) and in industry generally. Appraoch: Constructed apparatus
whereby liquid 1,2-DCA was converted to gas. Gas then passed through
Granular Activated Carbon (GAC) containing phenol substrate and
specially GAC-phenol-grown bacteria inside biofilter. Had good
success. The analysis were done by using a few different laboratory
instrumentation and analysis, such as: Gas Chromatography (GC), UV-
Visible Spectrophotometer, Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), Ion
Chromatography (IC), Titration test, Heterotrophic Plate Count
(Bacterial Growth), pH test and Chloride test.
