Superintendent / Assistant Superintendent

In charge of building homes from pre - slab all the way to delivering finished product to

home owner. Managed 3 to 4 construction phases simultaneously with up to 8 houses

per phase. Scheduled and supervised all sub - contractors and installation of all trade

work. Scheduled and walked job site regularly with county inspectors.
