Manufacture of aerospace / industrial turbine engine products and medical
implants for the spine, hip and joints along with medical instruments /
devices. Managed a sales team representing both of these industries.
Negotiated LTA's and manufacturing contracts. Performed sales and
marketing analysis for possible corporate acquisitions and purchases.
Created marketing strategies for both companies to include trade shows,
web site, industry publications and customer focused marketing campaigns.
Performed hiring functions, performance evaluations and salary / bonus
structures for sales team. Formed / managed sales forecast and marketing

agreements (LTA) and replacement part contracts. Interface and establish
a working rapport with all customers at multiple levels. Results: Signed
multiple commercial airline customers to long-term MRO and parts
agreements (LTA). Exceeded sales goals by 15%.
Airfoil Technologies International - Military Program Manager 2001-2004
Managed military programs for four corporate facilities (two foreign /
two domestic). Interpret and negotiate FAR Part 12 and 15 government
contracts. Provide technical support and repair pricing to the
facilities. Assist in development engineering and facility development
for new military programs. Interface with Defense Contract Management
Agency (DCMA), Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), military airframe /
turbine engine overhaul facilities (DEPOT) and military command
structure. Results: New contract awards from USAF / USN have generated
over six million dollars in revenue.
Chromalloy Gas Turbine Corporation - New Business Development Manager 1997-
2001
Responsibilities include identification of potential repair development
components, design / preparation of FAA DER repairs and placement of
repairs in individual Chromalloy shops best suited for the workload.
Interface and develop relationships with military and domestic / foreign
airlines marketing and engineering departments.
GE Aircraft Engines - Program Manager Overhaul and Control Systems. NADEP
Jacksonville 1985-1997 Responsibilities included the site activation of
NAS Jacksonville, FL turbine engine and control systems overhaul
facility. Managed company technical, engineering, product support and
logistics departments on site. Accomplished ground floor activation for
turbine engine and control systems overhaul facilities. Provided
technical support for multiple vendors and customer focal point for
engineering, logistical and product support.
Lockheed Support Systems (Foreign and Domestic) - Site Manager 1983-1985
Activated and managed contract sites in the United States, Germany, and
Holland. Responsible for company payroll preparation, Certificates of
Service, hiring of personnel, customer/company interface, and contract
completion. Managed 15-30 employees. Collateral duties included
development and implementation of corporate quality program.
United States Air Force 33rd Tactical Fighter Wing - Jet Engine Specialist
1979-1983
Operated high power test cell facility and sound suppresser. Troubleshot
all in-flight engine related problems on F-15 Aircraft. Engine / Aircraft
run certified through afterburner. Trained flight line personnel on
engine trim / calibration.
