Greenfield, IN. Duties included auditing, training and

OSHA Compliance as well as Eli Lilly & Company Construction

Guideline Compliance.

6/1978 - 12/ 2005 Occupational Health & Safety Specialist -

DaimlerChrysler Corporation - Indianapolis Foundry Plant -

Indianapolis IN.

Responsibilities included all aspects of Safety Management for the

Foundry Operations. This includes process review of all

jobs for ergonomics, safety and industrial hygiene.

Interfacing with Corporate Safety for safety updates from

the State and Federal Government Offices. Responsible for

Corporate and State Government Safety Compliance Audits

with follow-up to resolution of any citations identified

during the audit. I was also responsible for purchase of

safety products such as Personal Protective Equipment,

clothing and Safety/Hygiene testing equipment for the

plant. Safety Training as required.

Other responsibilities include: Equipment signoff and

review for new processes. As well as Assisting the Human

Resource Department during major changes in personnel

status (plant closing, SUB sign up, etc.) and other duties

as assigned by the Human Resource Manager.

Computer Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs - Windows
