IDocs. The collection included amount received based on the consumer,

billing month and other related information and update the same in FI and

for SD consumers

* Development of Check Format and Sales Order using SmartForms

* Developed forms for Recruitment (Joining letter, Termination Letter

and Notifications generated by SAP System) using SmartForms

* Developed an upload program using batch input for FI for automatically

spooling cost center / cost center group wise report results in a single

spool request, which can be downloaded to an excel file for various uses

As mentioned above, this is a public-sector project and involves

implementation of FI/CO, PS and HR modules of SAP Solution in the public

sector at 127 sites, with a user-base of over 1100.

Major tasks accomplished:

* Development of ABAP programs and reports for HR, FI/Co and PS modules.

The reports were simple lists and ALV based.

* Modification in payroll process in form of a Tax calculation program

* Modification in the customized program of Employee Transfer In/Out in

HR from one server to another through qRFC

* Designed and developed a complete solution of Pension data management

and processing and reports

* Enhanced Loan and General Provident Fund (GPF) functionalities

* Development of Data uploads and conversion routines using BI, LSMW and

BAPIs for FICO, PS and HR modules.

* Infotypes creation, enhancement, and modification

* Developed custom Remuneration Statement using HR Form Editor as part

of the payroll requirements.

* Modified standard Posting to Accounting process of SAP solution

* Development of different utility programs to meet users' additional

requirement regarding Change in Pay, Posting to Accounting, Tax

Calculation and Provident Fund in HR module

* Coordination with supervisory consultants from PwC to address

technical issues
