Role description

1. In-depth industry research and understanding role/position

specifications.

2. Market research and recommending target list of companies to clients.

Preparing a company information document and conducting interviews.

3. Analysis and evaluation of probable candidates and predicting the

candidates' suitability for the role. Taking into account not only the

hands-on job knowledge but also the cultural fitment of the

candidates.

4. Update the clients through weekly progress reports through the entire

recruitment process. Short listing and rating the candidates and

attending client-candidate meetings.
