Manager for transfer and startup of six (6) electromechanical

device product lines from Milwaukee, Wisconsin to new Arden,

N.C. facility.

Project completed in six weeks, under budget, with no loss of

customer service.

sales of $170,000,000 in electro-mechanical and industrial

control products.

Senior Manufacturing Engineer: Responsible to the Manufacturing

Manager for Lean Manufacturing implementation and ongoing

support of four production lines totaling $18,500,000 in annual

sales.

. Redesigned flow and layout of 3 production lines using

Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing practices. Net Result:

Reduction in floor space of 6,200 sq. ft. and a 55%

reduction in product cycle time.

. Implemented new automation process for the production of

Fractional Horsepower Starters. Net Result: Production

increase from 800 units/shift to 1500 units/shift with a

33% reduction in labor input and a $120,000 annual savings.
