N.C. facility.
Project completed in six weeks, under budget, with no loss of

Senior Manufacturing Engineer: Responsible to the Manufacturing
Manager for Lean Manufacturing implementation and ongoing
support of four production lines totaling $18,500,000 in annual
sales.
. Redesigned flow and layout of 3 production lines using
Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing practices. Net Result:
Reduction in floor space of 6,200 sq. ft. and a 55%
reduction in product cycle time.
