from client development/sales, to sourcing and

recruiting candidates (candidate development) to

fill open job requisitions for temp/temp to

perm/direct hire opportunities, focusing on

accounting/financial professionals. Performed

in-person interview with all viable candidates,

processed all application paperwork,

administered all applicable skills tests, and

processed all I-9 paperwork, including

verifications of eligibility to work within the

U.S. using the government E-Verify system.

Reason for Leaving: I was able to find enough

contract work on my own at the time to be able

to work 100% from home, and with very flexible

hours, which fit into my schedule much better at

the time. The pay was much better.

Sourced passive candidates through cold calling

and internet research. Perform research as

necessary to familiarize myself with industry &

corporate hierarchy in order to source

appropriate candidates. Screen candidates for

skill sets, employment history, areas of
