Responsibilities: Ran a full recruiting desk,
from client development/sales, to sourcing and
recruiting candidates (candidate development) to
fill open job requisitions for temp/temp to
perm/direct hire opportunities, focusing on
accounting/financial professionals. Performed
in-person interview with all viable candidates,
processed all application paperwork,
administered all applicable skills tests, and
processed all I-9 paperwork, including
verifications of eligibility to work within the
U.S. using the government E-Verify system.

Reason for Leaving: I was able to find enough
contract work on my own at the time to be able
to work 100% from home, and with very flexible
hours, which fit into my schedule much better at
the time. The pay was much better.

necessary to familiarize myself with industry &
corporate hierarchy in order to source
appropriate candidates. Screen candidates for

Responsible for 2 major functions: First, as
Exec. Assistant to the president of the company
I made travel arrangements, booked & helped plan
large and small scale meetings, transcribed
dictation, composed documents, invoiced clients,
and keep track of president's appointment
calendar. Second, on the Recruiting Side I
sourced candidates for executive/upper
management level positions through cold-calling,
internet research, public info database research
