of plant. 640 employees with 15 direct reports in
production, materials, maintenance and tanking
operations. Successfully implemented standard work
and corrective action teams throughout the plant.
Improved productivity from 54% to 76%, reduced
quality holds by 65%, improved yield output by 47%,
and reduced safety recordable accidents to zero for 6
months. Led plant from last place to first place in
corporation based upon improved metrics and
profitability in 5 month period.
