Project Manager: 2006-2009
Technical Projects for Citibank within the United States:
New Sites builds: Worked with Reality Services, Communications vendors,
Electrical vendors and Technology Staff to ensure timelines were met for
installation of PC, Servers, T1 lines, Phones and ATM's. I attended regular
meetings with vendors, clients, stakeholders and Upper Management. I made
weekly updates using Microsoft Access and Microsoft PowerPoint.
T1 Circuit Upgrade in 1000 sites across the United States: Upgraded the
T1 network within all of our branches from fractional T1 lines to Full T1
lines and reduced the monthly costs. I Met with IT staff, AT&T, and our
field service team on weekly and some on a daily basis to insure T1
circuits were installed by vendors, I handled any facilities issues with
circuits, Scheduled Testing of circuits as well as cutover of circuits
with a non impact to branch environment. I made weekly updates to vendors,
clients, Stakeholders and upper management.
Smaller Projects: Assisted with installations of computers, laptops and
LAN and Phone connections for new users and users who moved from one site
to another.
Technical Manager - Mergers and Acquisitions: 2003-2006
I managed mergers and acquisitions of 300 branches in California,
100 branches in Texas and 16 branches in Puerto Rico. Responsibilities
included site surveys of all sites, installation of new data and phone
lines, Installation of new servers, Dell desktops and peripherals as well
as Interfacing with clients and corporate realty services. I managed a
team of 12 field engineers throughout conversions as well as another 20 to
30 resources during conversion weekends. I oversaw all travel arrangements
for staff and resources. It was my responsibility for updating Clients,
Upper management and stakeholders via reports and regular meetings.
Technical Manager - Field Services - New York Metro area 1999-2003
I managed a group a field engineers throughout New York, Long Island
and New Jersey. They were responsible for repairing and maintaining all
computer systems in Citibank branches including Dell Servers, Dell
Desktops, Lexmark Peripherals and Diebold, NCR and Citibank ATM's. Dell
Certified Technician Optiplex Desktops 1/28/2002.
Senior Field Engineer - 1996-1999
I was responsible for Implementation of major projects, aiding field
techs on difficult problems and responding to high priority Troubles. I
Was available 24 hrs a day 7 days a week if they needed me.
Field Engineer -1977-1996
Responsible for daily Maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of all
Citibank Computer systems, ATM's, ATM alarm and Networks within the
Branches.
HAZELTINE Corp. 1973-1977
Responsibilities included troubleshooting to chip and component level with
schematics and repairing of video terminals, PC boards and power supplies
on an assembly line.
