. Project Management - direct management of all construction phases of 4-

5 projects ($35- 40 million total) annually, including personnel

. Contract Negotiations/Contract Management - prime and sub, including

all aspects of proposal development, contract execution, change

orders, dispute resolution, liquidated damages, billings, payments,

retained earnings, etc...as well as representing the contractor on all

site inspections with client and/or designer/engineer.

. Estimating/Bidding - five (5) years experience as estimator, fifteen

(15) years as manager of estimating department.

. Purchasing/Procurement - five (5) years experience as purchasing

agent, fifteen (15) years experience as manager of procurement

division, including all material acquisition, equipment rentals and

purchases.

. Budgeting/Cost Control - development of initial budgets, monitor and

implement field changes to maximize profits. Presentation of

budgetary reports to company president.

. Accounting/Payables - managed Accounts Payable department, responsible

for approval of all payments to suppliers and subcontractors.

Reviewed and approved/amended all invoices (supplier/subcontractor).

Developed and generated all billings/invoices to clients. Generation

and distribution of monthly income statements and projections to

company president.

. Scheduling/Programming - Initial development and subsequent revision

to construction schedule programs, including resource loading and

other factors relative to cost, production monitoring and completion.
