EXPERIENCE SUMMARY:

Over Twenty years of experience in design, construction, inspection, and

commissioning of industrial facilities. Has experience in the civil,

structural, electrical, instrumentation, and mechanical aspects of

industrial projects. Have management, supervision, inspection,

commissioning, and startup experience of refining, petrochemical, and power

generation industries in excess of 400 million US dollars. Has

participated in PSM, PHA, RCM, and TAP ROOT processes. Has a current

Southwest Louisiana Safety Council Card as well as a current U.S. Govt.

Transportation Worker I.D. Card (TWIC)

KEY PROJECTS:

. Construction Manager/Project Coordinator - As the Owner's

representative was responsible for management /coordination of

construction of the Trunkline LNG Infrastructure Enhancement Project

Ambient Air Vaporization Unit and Natural Gas Liquids (NGL's)

processing facility. Performed lead role in Systems Turnover

processes between contractors, construction management, commissioning,

and client acceptance. Acted as liaison for the installation,

planning, inspection, and startup of the construction project in all

aspects from initial ground breaking through startup. Interfaced with

all project entities to achieve schedule milestones during

construction, commissioning, and startup. Provided single point

communication between Client, Engineering, and Contractors involving

the new construction activities and connection to existing processes.

CLIENT: Trunkline LNG/Recon Engineering, Lake Charles, LA

. Instrument & Electrical Inspector - Responsible for verifying that the

EP&C contractor installation of the Trunkline LNG Expansion project in

Lake Charles, La. was installed properly based on contract agreement,

applicable specifications, regulations, and codes. Provided

acceptance oversight and witnessing of loop checks, as well as final

commissioning of all systems associated with the project.

CLIENT: Trunkline LNG/Recon Engineering, Lake Charles, LA

. Instrument & Electrical Supervisor - Responsible for supervising

maintenance activities and personnel at Alyeska Pipeline's Valdez

Alaska Marine Terminal. Responsible for working under DOE-JPO, USCG

and other state and local regulations. Ensure reliability of

equipment in support of Alyeska business activities and provide

management and leadership to the I & E Maintenance technicians.

Identify and endorse technology enhancements, and support maintenance

and reliability improvements. Responsible for performance measure

reporting, cost tracking and quality related issues resolution. Work

to effectively integrate operations, maintenance. Support the

organization in the principles of proactive maintenance, while

sustaining continuous improvement in safe work processes and

environmental performance for both APSC personnel, baseline and other

contractors working on the Valdez Marine Terminal.

. Instrument/Control Technician Lead - Responsible for supervising I&C

maintenance activities at Alyeska Pipeline's Valdez Alaska Marine

Terminal. Ensure the overall daily work assignments meet the priority

of our Business area operation needs by being safe, efficient and

effective. Assume Step-up supervisor duties during absences to fulfill

VMT management responsibilities. Responsible for directing instrument

technicians performing maintenance and upgrades of compressors,

process equipment, tanker berths and the Bailey Infi-90 Control

system. Worked under DOE-JPO, USCG and other state and local

regulation.

. Maintenance Coordinator - Responsible for coordination maintenance

activities at Alyeska Pipeline's Valdez Alaska Marine Terminal.

Provide first-line maintenance support to assigned operating areas.

Technicians; coordinate resources with other operating areas through

planning and scheduling to ensure continuity of operations and

efficient work processes.

. Instrument/Control Technician - Responsible for repairing,

troubleshooting, identifying, isolating and solving system, network,

and equipment problems at the Trans-Alaska Pipeline (Valdez Marine

Terminal). Duties include; Maintain, install, adjust, and calibrate

systems and equipment. Programming, configuring and optimizing the

analytical, recording and electronic/pneumatic control instruments and

related equipment. Keeping records, filling out work orders, creating

and updating engineering drawings, ordering parts and equipment, and

operating computer programs.
