Scheduled and monitored all out of plant operations. Packaging, assembly etc.
Market Analysis on buyers and wholesalers
Monitored and tracked inventory levels onsite and offsite. Working to level inventory based on
customer demand not supplier productions.

o Generated Purchase Orders for all product and packaging
Created a tracking system for invoices and all in-transit shipments.
Reduced inventory waste by creating a re-packaging center in the North America Warehouse Facility.
Reducing waste and overhead by several hundred thousand.
Developed plans to re-sell obsolete product by repackaging and remarketing to wholesalers.
Troubleshooting and delivery issues and working the most cost effective ways to ship missing product.
Reporting to upper management on a weekly basis on the progress of depleting our back order log.
