Title: Senior Web Developer
Self-Employed Contractor
Duties:
. Developed a new version of online credentialing application for
medical providers. Providers and physicians could login and update
their information, using this application. The application keeps
track of expiration dates of credentialing and sends out notices to
let them know, so they could update them. I incorporated an audit
system into the application to show what information was missing or
data as wrong for providers or physician's data. The technology
used was ASP.NET with C# 3.5 and SQL Server 2008 as the backend.
. Developed a web based portal for users of time-mark.com to search a
database of Time Mark products. Help setup the email server and
ftp servers and built an online data storage system for the users,
using ASP.Net with SQL server 2008 as the data source.
. Developed and designed an administration tool for the web
administrator to utilize from an in-office location in order to
update the website www.time-mark.com.
. Updated MAS-90 components for Time Mark to make distributors
searchable from various criteria using C#.

Duties:
. First tasks that was assigned to me was to developed a company
portal system that would migrate existing applications along with
future applications into the portal system using ASP.NET with C#
and SQL Server as the backend which was called by a Web Services.
. Developed a User/Role Management System within the portal system
that would determine the menu system for each user depending on
their roles. The system was developed in ASP.NET with C# a long
with a backend of SQL Server.
. InventoryTrax was an equipment inventory tracking system. The IT
department would use it to keep track of equipment among the
company and branches throughout the country. It showed branch
inventory history as well as current inventory. It was also used
to insert and update equipment, and assign equipment to users.
The application was developed in ASP.NET with C#, with the backend
being SQL Server.
. ErrorTrax is an error tracking system that I developed to keep
track of any error that a user would encounter while using any of
the applications among the company's system. It would
automatically send an email containing detail information about the
error that took place, also detail information where the error took
place among the application to the developer who was responsible
for the application. Within the email is a link that points to the
administration section of the application. The main functionality
that I developed within the system was as soon as a case got
resolved it would automatically send an email to the user who
encountered the error telling them that the error has been
resolved. There were several reports developed within the system
as well. ErrorTrax was developed in ASP.NET with C# with the
backend being SQL Server.
. Maintained a current Crystal Report application as well as built
new Reports application in ASP.NET with Crystal Reports.
. wsCentral was a global Data Access Layer (DAL) in the form of a web
service with C# which I Designed and developed for the sole purpose
of having every application in the company to be able to access
data from SQL Server.

. Implemented (full life-cycle analysis, design, coding, testing,
deployment, support) an online office 2003 simulation test for the
company's online skills application using ASP.net with VB, ASP.NET
Ajax, Telerik RAD controls, with SQL server as a backend.
. Work on adding a dynamic report build for the company's On-Demand
Survey application. The client can dynamically build a report from
the data of their server using a WYSIWYG html editor and a chart
builder wizard using ASP.NET using VB, Telerik RAD controls, with
SQL Server as the backend.
. Implemented (full life-cycle analysis, design, coding, testing,
deployment, support) of a NORM functionality, on the company's web
based survey application for a client, which was part of the chart
builder wizard.
. Implemented an online credit card payment plan system with PayPal's
PayFlow control to all the applications in the company. It would
take the clients information on a SSL website and verify the
information.

Duties:
. PartFinder was a parts finder system. Interval employees would use
it to search for parts that were in stock in the warehouse. When
a part was not there the employee would order the part and add it
to the system as well. The employee could also do a report on the
history or parts and sales. The application was developed in
ASP.NET with C#, with the backend being SQL Server.
. FindLowestPrice was a console application that would find the top
two lowest price of a part. The application would read a list of
parts and suppliers from a database and determine which two
suppliers had the lowest price for that that part, then it would
create a .csv file of the findings and email it to the employee who
was response for the report.
. Wrote a web based assembly router for the assembly line in the
company.
