Senior Project Engineer. Coordinated development of Alphie, an electronic
toy for toddlers. Product was ready on time despite an unusually tight
schedule involving coordination of resources throughout the United Stated
and four foreign countries. Developed four other toys. Also made design
contributions resulting in annual savings of more than $200,000.

Engineering Manager. Responsible for development of new products from
concept through pilot production and beyond. Managed a small group of
engineers. Devised and developed the Easy Bake Oven, an all-time top
selling product. Invented and developed Mold Master, another top toy. And
Propstreak and Jetstreak, which were electric powered flying models. Value
engineered an existing product, saving over $275,000 in one year. Several
patents. Served on Underwriters Industry Advisory Council and Underwriters
ad hoc toy safety committee.

Various positions. Initiated redesign of engine test adapter to be more
user friendly. Also reduced cost from $3,000 to $800. Devised novel non-
electric method of positioning a nuclear reactor control rod. Served as
tech rep on J-47 engine in Japan.
