Job Qualifications

Over thirty years experience in oil and gas pipeline and related fields

including design, construction, repair and operation of pipeline and

hydrocarbon measurement and control systems. Experience in the

construction of new cross-country gas and liquid pipelines as well as

pump, compressor and control stations. Familiar with DOT, EPA and other

pertinent federal regulations, many state and local pipeline

requirements as well as industry standards. Designed and administered

training programs for new equipment and general operations. Work

included both stateside and overseas projects.

Expertise in the field of hydrocarbon liquid and gas measurement.

Background in the design, testing and operation of measurement devices

and systems. Experience in all phases of system development from

functional evaluation through engineering design, fabrication,

installation and commissioning to final customer acceptance and

training.

Experience in pipeline risk analysis, assessment, remediation, and data

integration to comply with 49 CFR Part 192 and Part 195 including

identification of HCAs and USAs and the development of corrective

actions to bring facilities into compliance. Tasks included setting up

historical files, scheduling, testing and evaluating existing

facilities, In-line Inspection Data Analysis as well as coordinating and

managing mitigative projects ranging from pipeline repair sleeve

installation to extensive line relocation.
