rationalizing the spend data of all managed suppliers, risk assessment

and cash flow of their business with the bank.

. Supplier Vendor viability research based on the spend data and budget

allocated across the organization. Finding cost reduction methods

using cost regression analysis with historical data for each spend

category and at supplier level resulted in elimination of suppliers

incurring over burden cost with saving of $15 MM.

. Using extensive VBA coding in Excel formulated a financial model for

the spend projection in the travel segment using parameters which

affects the final budgeting and henceforth the performance objective.
