Director of Sales

Currently serving as Director of Sales for Bullet Tools. My Sales Team consists of 15 Outside and 1 Inside

Sales Representatives that sell and service a high quality line of specialty tools. Created a Sales Program from

the ground up, including the development of sales process, philosophy, strategy, and implementation. Brought

on new national accounts including Home Depot, Boise Cascade, and BlueLinx within first 8 months on the

job. My sales area is global, with over 50% of our tools exported to markets overseas. Travel for this position

includes international and domestic. Primary duties are exceeding revenue targets with existing customer base,

driving trade show sales, opening and developing new accounts, and driving growth with national accounts.

Responsible for all aspects of developing and maintaining the sales program. Drove fantastic sales growth in

the middle of a recession and was directly responsible for increasing revenue and market penetration for my

Accountable for Sales Team of 8 Outside and 1 Inside Sales Representatives in the Eastern Washington market

area for URM Foodservice Division. Primary duties include directing sales team to increase sales with existing
