HISTORY

2008 John Williams Architecture P.C.

Working in a team environment on large scale golf course

clubhouses and various other types of projects.

Responsibilities included the development of initial design

concepts, the production of construction documents from

concept inception through 100% CD's, managing 3-D modeling

in ArchiCad and assisting in coordinating the efforts of

Civil, MEP, Structural and other disciplines, and general

marketing activities to expand the company client base.

2004-2007 Dulaney Architecture (Project Manager)

Project Management and Construction Administration for

projects of various sizes and types, including mixed-used

housing, single family and multi family residential,

commercial projects. Project Management duties include:

development of initial design concepts in consultation with

clients; production of construction documents from concept

inception through 100% CD's, project team lead in meetings

with clients, city agencies and consultants, coordination

of the work efforts of Civil, MEP, Structural and other

disciplines. Construction administration duties include:

oversight of multi-disciplinary team, review of change

orders, response to general contractor RFIs, review of

project financials and oversight and review of submittals.
