USF Health IT, the information technology arm of USF Health, supports the
administration of applications for various groups and facilities. With data
scattered across its organization in separately maintained sources, USF
Health needed to consolidate information and provide greater visibility
into financial, physician performance, educational and research data. As a
result, it sought to establish a business intelligence (BI) reporting and
analysis solution.
Main focus of this project is to create performance orientated reports
compared to the slow legacy systems. Reports to track effectiveness of the
personnel and give physicians timely, quantifiable feedback regarding
performance. Develop dashboards that offer at-a-glance views of integrated
information and the ability to drill down into detail.
Responsibilities:
. Identified and road mapped the Business Requirements (functional &
technical) with the Business users, which acted as a base for the project
