health and hospice services and a wholly owned retail pharmacy operated
within the committee as a for-profit entity. Some of my initial tasks have
included a comprehensive review of the billing/collections process,
developing a five-year financial plan and budget, helping to refine the
organization's strategic plan with regard to upcoming major facility
renovations/replacements, a comprehensive review and update of the
organization's chargemaster, as well as making many policy revisions to
accomplish a more seamless and effective revenue cycle flow.I have enjoyed
and continue to enjoy the position here. However, my husband has yet to
find stable employment in the area, and with the local economy and lack of
