• Managed a $10 million machined parts and assemblies commodity, realigning that commodity
from an in-house manufacturing scheme to a select qualified outside supply base resulting in a
cost reduction of $2.5 million. (2004-2005)
• Cost savings realized by consolidating supply base and subcontractors resulting in $1.5 million
cost reductions on a $16 million total spend. (2002-2004)
• By establishing appropriate Min/Max inventory levels, reduced a $31 million machined parts
inventory level to a constant $8 million static level using weekly and monthly deliveries from the
supply base.

• Served on a cross-functional team of Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing to explore and
implement a Min/Max inventory plan at Boeing Wichita, Ks.
• Served on a cross-functional team of Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing at Boeing Wichita,
Ks. to design and perfect Advanced Technology Assembly of the strut assemblies for the 737-
Next Generation program.
• Managed a Sole Source contract that exceeded $50 million to contractual requirements, quality
and delivery requirements, and cost agreements.
• Managed over $15 million in Cost Plus Fixed Fee Engineering efforts to improve the JBPDS
product.
• Became an information and training source for the Oracle MRP system.
• Worked as an advisor to Senior Management on implementation of BaaN V MRP software at
Boeing Wichita and Curtiss-Wright Flight Systems (2001-2004).
• Served as the Subcontracts Management representative on a team negotiating a multi-year IDIQ
contract for the JBPDS Program.
