Directed team of 12 Quality Assurance Analysts, including 4 Test Team

Leads, who provided data warehouse testing of a critical initiative within

clients Enterprise Data Warehouse - Business Intelligence Program (EDW-

BI) which consisted of eight individual projects. Served as Domain

representative on Model Office Defects Review Board (DRB) in support of

defect resolution across entire Enterprise Domain and served on the COMSYS

Leadership committee chartered to develop and implement technical support

strategies to better serve the client.

Selected Achievements

. Implemented corporate standard testing practices within the EDW/BI

Program including test case structure, defect management, and standardize

management reporting of test strategy, final test reports, and test

summary. Implementation better positioned the client to pass upcoming

audits by internal and external auditing entities.

. Implemented Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) standards related to

all testing phases based on business requirements. Developed test plans,

developed and executed test cases using HP Quality Center (HPQC); over

Division of Citi that provides loans to individual borrowers with

approximately 15,000 employees.

Directed strategic initiatives based on PQA/technology standards. Led

quality assurance supporting IT processes for multiple business lines under

North American IT within Global Consumer Group. Managed and mentored 15

onshore/ offshore process quality analysts to ensure IT-related products

and processes were developed and implemented per established standards by

Project Management Office (PMO). Reported and escalated non-compliance

issues to senior management when necessary.

Selected Achievements

. $910,000 in annual cost savings captured after creating sampling and

resource assignment methodologies to provide PQA coverage in support of

PMO while remaining under budget.

. Standardized and improved quality assurance review functions across all

business lines within North America IT organization, producing $1.8

. Saved $300,000 in estimated staff costs by successfully restructuring PQA

processes for how IT projects were identified, reviewed, and prioritized

Developed and implemented audit and control program. Selected to manage all

IT audit and control functions of program with accountability for risk

management, COB, Sarbanes-Oxley, audit readiness, and records management

for all IT departments. Oversaw IT strategic planning and execution,

Supervised Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) Program for 50+ internal-

control processes tested against 54 control groups. Served as audit liaison
