of critical path networks and schedules on proposals and contracts.
Monitored progress and reported updates in a timely manner to satisfy
proposal and/or contract release dates. Performed various types of analysis
including trend analysis, graphics analysis, earned value analysis,
productivity analysis and risk analysis.
Accomplishments/Projects include:
. Implemented production spreadsheets for monitoring installation and
welding of ductwork pieces which enabled superintendents to better
prioritize activities. Modules were erected 2 months earlier than

Inspected and rated culverts, signs, underdrains, embankments and
guardrail. Established positions of said items using GPS equipment and
mapping their positions for future location and inspection. Created
database of the above items matching them with their ratings, sizes,
condition, damages, etc. Assisted bridge inspector with evaluations and

flight systems checks. Disassembled and assembled helicopters and loaded
them onto ships and cargo planes for deployment to Desert Storm. Was a
crew chief, part of the 4-man flight crew for a CH-47 (Chinook.) Squad
leader for B Company 70th Transportation Battalion. Honorably discharged
from duty as an E-3.
