Fabrication and characterization of Polymer Light Emitting Diodes (PLEDs)

for display applications: The scope of this research work is focused to

fully understand and improve the configuration, mechanism and efficiency of

the organic light emitting diodes. The devices are fabricated using varying

blend ratios of polyfluorene polymers, cathodes and buffer layers.

Characterization is done to optimize the devices and morphological

examination to facilitate additional development in the technology.

Assisted Dr. Guruswamy: Projects included enhancement of mechanical

properties of polymers by adding additives. Got an opportunity to design

and setup procedure for making single crystals of polymer, learn various

Studied various methods of manufacturing; Physical, chemical and electrical

testing on raw and processed EPDM material for cable joint application.
