business unit of 14,000 people.

H.R. Senior Manager, Enterprise Risk Services (1997-2003)
One of four H.R. senior managers advising business leaders and leading H.R.
function for this national start-up business combining professionals from
three existing business units and outside experienced hires. Responsible
for all H.R activities including driving performance management,
compensation and promotion processes, resolving employee relations issues,
assimilation of new hires.
Key accomplishments
. Assisted in creating H.R. infrastructure across the U.S. for start-up
business that grew from 100 to 1200 professionals in six years
. Performed HR Generalist duties including annual compensation
processing, performance management process tracking, employee
relations, off-cycle salary increases and bonus payments, management
of tuition assistance program, recognition and rewards program
. Created multisource "360-degree" feedback program for the entire
practice. Resulted in positive culture change supporting solicited
and unsolicited feedback. 100% of partner group received feedback
. Led project team in work planning, research, development and approval
of new performance management tool for practice entitled CAREERS
