MAJOR ACCOMPLISHMENTS
. Project Management for LG&E Enertech had a cost saving of 12 percent
average increase in gross profit margins per project during my
employment.
. Purchased 36 single family homes in an 8-month period for ResCare and
renovate them for mentally and physically challenge persons.
. Completed three school districts projects Clarksville, TN, including
new HVAC system in five elementary schools with off-site controls
program through a router and mainframe, and monitoring of two
additional schools in a two-month window value at $5.7 million.
. Achieved and maintained best safety program in the nation. Received
AGC State and National Award. At present we had work 34 months without
a lose time accident.
. Managed the design and construction of a new $47 million, 100-acre
site, Kentucky Air National Guard Base, including seven buildings,
ramps and taxiways. Received commendations from the Air Force for
being ahead of schedule and under budget.
. Marketed and constructed metal building line through Rockford, Star,
Varco-Pruden, and Butler System.
. Designed, engineered, and marketed metal fabrication for the refinery
industry.
. Managed project construction of a 127acre site, two million square
foot shopping mall, Forest Fair, with a 2000 car-parking garage.
Construction included a new expressway interchange and all within a
200 million dollars construction budget.
. Managed a service group, Koch, which functioned as a specialty
contractor working in the petrochemical and chemical industry, doing
turn around work throughout the United States and internationally.
. Designed and selected contractors for design/build contract for a 26-
story airport control tower meeting FAA specifications and
regulations.
. Coordinated efforts of three general contractors, sixteen
subcontractors, and five anchor tenants on a construction project
comprising two counties and two cities. Plus the State of Ohio at
Forest Fair.
