Oversaw a mixed portfolio in flux - largest portfolio was fifteen (15)

$264,000,000 located in five (5) markets, Austin, Dallas, Houston, New
Orleans, and Atlanta. Directly responsible for the implementation of the
company value add model - fix up, lease up, and sell. I traveled
periodically to every market and was responsible for Lease negotiations,
capital improvement projects, and 3rd party management oversight as well as
oversaw the Equastone Houston personnel. I was directly involved in
selecting, motivating, and managing all Leasing Brokers and Property
Management staff and reviewed all monthly financial reports for internal

total managed over 500,000 square feet. Most expensive managed portfolio
exceeded $135,000,000, spread over four properties over a three-year
assignment. Largest portfolio consisted mainly of bulk warehouses
containing over 2,000,000 square feet. Have experience managing high-rise
