Oversaw a mixed portfolio in flux - largest portfolio was fifteen (15)

properties consisting of over three (3) million square feet valued over

$264,000,000 located in five (5) markets, Austin, Dallas, Houston, New

Orleans, and Atlanta. Directly responsible for the implementation of the

company value add model - fix up, lease up, and sell. I traveled

periodically to every market and was responsible for Lease negotiations,

capital improvement projects, and 3rd party management oversight as well as

oversaw the Equastone Houston personnel. I was directly involved in

selecting, motivating, and managing all Leasing Brokers and Property

Management staff and reviewed all monthly financial reports for internal

Managed a mixed portfolio of properties, including a medical office

building, an eight building industrial site, one Houston retail shopping

center, and two large "Class A" retail properties outside of Houston -

total managed over 500,000 square feet. Most expensive managed portfolio

exceeded $135,000,000, spread over four properties over a three-year

assignment. Largest portfolio consisted mainly of bulk warehouses

containing over 2,000,000 square feet. Have experience managing high-rise
