Success Highlights
V When management decided to take over a new floor in the building, I

employees in the space.
V When the business model required additional bandwidth in the office, I
procured a new provider lowering costs by 40% and increasing bandwidth
100%
V When the business asked that IT take over technical questions from
students, I trained and groomed support staff to spin them back as an
independent unit.
V While the business was using shareware for its email marketing efforts,
I implemented enterprise email marketing software for use by the entire
company along with related maintenance processes to replace the
shareware product.
V When on time delivery rates began to slip due to increased volume, I
designed and implemented new processes to deliver 99% on time rates.
V When student ticket response (non-technical) across the organization
began to slip due to routing errors, implanted enterprise wide help desk
software that integrated into both public and private web applications.
