. Maintain and grow Dedicated Contract Services (DCS) to existing

customers who currently have a private fleet, already has a dedicated

provider, or interested in fleet creation

DCS Driver Recruiting Manager

. Manage a group of 30 Driver Recruiters, which involves interviewing

and hiring

. Driver Recruiters are required to maintain a specific hiring average

and responsible for making sure every recruiter has the proper tools

and training to be successful. If a Driver Recruiter does not

maintain a specific hiring average, then I am responsible for

progressive discipline and up to termination

. Review driver applications to make sure they meet minimum

qualifications in order to schedule for orientation, one out five

applications meet J.B. Hunt minimum qualifications

. Responsible for daily volume of driver applications and for weekly

orientation, average 150 drivers into orientation every week which

results in 45-55 hires

. Review call volume inbound/outbound per driver recruiter (a Driver

Recruiter must make a minimum of 150 outbound calls a day) and phone

monitoring on a daily basis

. Have been successful in scheduling more qualified drivers into

orientation and able to build relationships with the drivers coming to

J.B. Hunt

. Work closely with Advertising to make sure job postings are accurate

and managed on a daily basis
