million in sales annually). This division performs flexo-
printing and converting of safety warning and anti-theft
labels, die cutting of pressure sensitive materials, slot
coating, and serves as a key supplier for Ford, GM, Nissan,
Honda, Toyota, Autolive, Whirpool, Lenox, Honeywell, HP,
etc.
Responsibilities include:
. Lead/motivate a union team of 18-24 individuals in
achievement of production and organizational
requirements.
. Coordinate and assist in day-to-day shift operations
for a designated production team, manage hour by hour
production and MDI board through leaders standard work
. Assist team to achieve a high standard of preventative
maintenance (TPM) and housekeeping (5S)
. Review internal/external customer complaints and put
