Record employee date, i.e. address, earnings, absences, time off and reason for termination.
Assist with orientation, and development & training. Assist with employee relations, safety,
welfare, wellness and health reporting. Administer drug screen chain of custody forms.
Maintaining all employee files and ensuring compliance with State and Federal regulations &H/R
filing system. Assist with the day to day operation of the H/R office. Other duties as assigned.
