. Took proactive measure in setting up the company's first public

internet website and email system.

(For collaboration among project teams through emails)

. Ensured smooth operation of Air-Conditioning equipments such as

Chiller, Air Handling Units, Fan Coil Unit, Dry Coils, Exhaust Fans,

Air Scrubber Systems, Cooling Towers etc.

(Trouble-shooting equipments breakdown or abnormalities, keep track of

equipment performance to avoid unscheduled downtime to production)

. Coordinate with maintenance department and supplier for Air-

Conditioning maintenance work. Ensured smooth supply of spare parts.

. Upgrading and fine tuning equipment performance.

. Energy saving committee member.

. Prepare and supervise piping engineering work for expansion or

upgrading.

. Prepare weekly, monthly report for performance and safety purposes to

client.

. Prepares employees safety procedures and make sure that these

procedures are enforced such as Standard Operating Procedures for

Equipments.

. Supervise subordinates and supplier to meet company safety standard.

. Get involve with tender projects, pricing comparison and selection of

sub-contractors for projects.

. Design air-conditioning ducting and mechanical ventilation systems for

Complexes and Buildings, check contract drawings and liaise with

Project Manager.

. Continual inspect the work as required for compliance with the plans

and specifications until the work is completed.

. In-charge of Vendor Performance Review presentation to Clients as

their Business Partner, prepares energy saving costing, tangible and

intangible savings, continuous improvement program, upcoming issues

and cost reviews.

May 2008 - Dec 2008 (Tesco Semenyih)

. Involve with office's tendering process that deals with tender

clarification stage with Architects, pricing comparison between

suppliers and sub-contractors, supplier and sub-contractor selection

stage, project quality planning preparation for projects.

. In-charge of equipment delivery status to site for installation

according to the planned schedule.

. Self-Handed Design and build HVAC systems for Tesco Extra Tebrau such

as load calculation, chilled water pipe sizing and site installation

design, split unit design and allocation.

. Selection of equipment for site such as AHU, FCU, Exhaust Fans, Smoke

spill fans. Etc.

. In-charge of ISO 9001:2008 filling systems for site office, prepare

daily reports, issue site memo to main-contractor and sub-contractor,

keeping track of site's equipment in / out.

. Prepares monthly progress claim to main-contractor according to site

monthly progress.

. Prepares site variation order submission for Consultant.

. Assist Testing and Commissioning team in performing testing to all

HVAC related equipments to comply with consultant's specifications.
