Responsible for managing benefit programs including medical, EAP, wellness, dental, vision, company and
voluntary life insurance, long term care, and all leaves of absence including short / long term disability, FMLA,

• Implemented new medical and dental programs which increased reported employee satisfaction
ratings from 54% to 72% favorable in an 18-month period. “Hands-on” responsibility for design,
implementation, and the daily maintenance of all benefit plans and systems.
