versus prior year, by lowering headcount from improved work flow,
streamlined process, and renegotiated vendor contracts.

reduced interest expense by switching $50M loan obligations to LIBOR
based pricing, lowered foreign taxes by implementing transfer pricing,
reduced DSO by 7% by restructuring collections, and reduced domestic
taxes by correcting prior year filings.

relative to prior year, by reducing costs in print, changing event
strategy and pricing, and growing online revenue by maximizing online
inventory utilization. As a result of these strategies, online, lead

contribution, increased from 54% in 2005 to nearly 70% in 2006.
