. Reduced the 2009 cost base by $3.8M/8% versus budget or $8.1M/16%

versus prior year, by lowering headcount from improved work flow,

streamlined process, and renegotiated vendor contracts.

. Improved 2009 operating income and cash-flow an additional $2M from

reduced interest expense by switching $50M loan obligations to LIBOR

based pricing, lowered foreign taxes by implementing transfer pricing,

reduced DSO by 7% by restructuring collections, and reduced domestic

taxes by correcting prior year filings.

. Grew online revenue by 12% and increase margins over 200 basis points

in 2009 by developing new products and implementing new processes and

procedures that allowed for profitable and scalable growth.

. Responsible for the successful renegotiation of financial covenants

. Responsible for rebuilding internal infrastructure, post sale, of all

central services including Finance, Accounting HR and Benefits, IT,

Legal, Facilities, Banking, Collections, Insurance, and Database

Marketing.

. Increased 2006 ebitda by 57% to over $20M and margins by 8.2%,

relative to prior year, by reducing costs in print, changing event

strategy and pricing, and growing online revenue by maximizing online

inventory utilization. As a result of these strategies, online, lead

generation, and eseminar contribution, as a percent of total

contribution, increased from 54% in 2005 to nearly 70% in 2006.

. Continued to grow on-line revenue and improved contribution margins to

50% in 2007, versus 46% in 2006, by introducing new advertiser tools

such as video and improving delivery of lead's by selectively using
