Manufacturing Engineer - (ME)
. Using SMED, developed and implemented single generic tooling across 9
types of equipment (28 machines), reducing set-up and lot size and
enabling rapid off machine set-up, resulting in cycle reduction from 14
weeks to 3 weeks and reducing WIP by over 50%.
. Led manufacturing transition team that enabled non-stop manufacturing
during site change. Completed the site transition in 14 months, two
months ahead of schedule.
. Led the $34 million, two-year equipment purchase and installation team to
on-time start-up and provided an integral role in facility expansion
