radio interviews. Also manage store organization, staffing and training,
productivity, and development.
. Built nationwide reputation as a boutique that offers fashion, value, and
impeccable personal service, with the ability to assess each customer's
lifestyle, needs, comfort level, and budget requirements. Established
reputation for global view in luxury women's apparel and accessories.
. Maintain strict record of sales to determine fastest- and slowest-selling
items and to manage inventory control.
. Grew business to a high of $40,000 in monthly sales, despite 2009
recession, through outstanding merchandise, exceptional customer
relationships and loyalty, an in-depth understanding of women's buying
tastes and current market trends as well as the ability to identify
emerging trends. Sales resulted from initial and repeat business, client
referrals, and word of mouth. Received only 5 customer returns over 2-
year period.
