Plant Manager of production non-union facility with $50 million in sales

and 280 employees producing cloth tape. Responsible for technical and

process engineering.

. Increased work force from 220 to 280 personnel, instituted rigorous

training, helped organize efforts to install high-performance work teams,

implemented 12-hour shift schedules, resulting in achieving within 4

months' time highest monthly overall output per man-hour and lowest

monthly manufacturing cost levels including setting record for weekly

shipment levels.

Division Quality Manager and Plant Quality Manager. Directed staff of up to

26 and held environmental and process engineering responsibilities for 2

plants totaling $140 million of pressure-sensitive paper, foils and cloth

tapes.

material cost levels from 64% of sales to less than 58% despite new
