2008. CAPTIVEAIRE, INC. - Plant Manager
Responsible for managing the manufacturing operations of a 160+
employee sheet metal fabrication and assembly facility. Worked
closely with the leadership team to drive continuous operational
improvements and implement lean manufacturing. Planned, led,
coordinated, and executed changes to improve product quality and
customer satisfaction. Promoted a teamwork environment committed to
continuous process improvement focused on safety, quality, customer
service, and cost.
1995. FLEXTRONICS INTERNATIONAL

2008 Operations Manager (2002 - 2008)
Responsible for managing and coordinating interdepartmental
efforts to work together in a Teamwork environment that
developed a world class manufacturing system for various
contract manufacturing projects. Supported and implemented Lean
Manufacturing, KanBan and 5S Initiatives that identified process
improvements to improve efficiency, reduce variation and
