During this period, I wrote detailed design

components. In addition, I participated in sales

Tel Aviv municipality: Replacement of the property

tax billing system with ERP SAP Utility ECC 6.0. My

team consisted of five SAP consultants.

The new system included: (i) a solution for

describing all city buildings, areas, floors, and

their proper billing; (ii) a solution for Business

Partner data; (iii) customer service; (iv) FI-CA.

At the design phase, I had to come up with new and

innovative approaches to cope with intricate client

requirements, which were presented at IS-Utility

client requirements meetings. I then designed and

wrote blueprint and detailed design documents. In

addition, I developed project Gantt charts and

tracked progress against timelines and milestones.

Together with my team, I configured and customized

the following sub-modules of IS-Utility:

applications, which we designed and wrote in RPG
