The largest system tested is CSI - CSI is a SOAP v1.2 compliant web
services implementation that provides a robust set of services intended to
support the management of AT&T Mobility's customers by AT&T business
partners. It is the purpose of CSI to provide a full-featured set of

Description: The scope of the project is to test and validate CST (Claims
Support Tool) which is internal web application that helps the Customer
support team to aid with Insurance claims. The tool was designed, developed
and implemented using ASP.NET, C# in 3 Tier Architecture with Oracle as
backend. The tool facilitated the support team to service client accounts,
to file claims, assign a claim adjustor basing on availability and severity
of the incident and further advice on the status / particulars of the
claim. The claim adjustor is to be assigned basing on the incident. The
tool includes a module to trace body shops within the All State Network for
a particular address. The tool routes the claims to Batch adjudication
system which adjudicates the claims and sends them to the payment
department. The support team serviced almost 1000 claims per day.
