Description: CSTO is comprised of the Atlas, CSI, Prism, Sustainment and

Test Design teams all working together to deliver the highest level of

quality testing based on Test Cases created from High Level Scenarios, High

Level Design and Business and Functional Requirements documentation. The

test cases created will cover core and new functionality testing for

interim and full project releases for each Team.

The largest system tested is CSI - CSI is a SOAP v1.2 compliant web

services implementation that provides a robust set of services intended to

support the management of AT&T Mobility's customers by AT&T business

partners. It is the purpose of CSI to provide a full-featured set of

capabilities that allow the IT systems of business partners to interoperate

as necessary to uniquely define the partner's business and how they

position themselves in the markets served by AT&T Mobility's products and

services. CSI seeks to present a set of coherent services that directly

support the business process abstraction of doing business so as to

preclude the need for AT&T partners to understand the particulars of the

Description: Customer Maintenance System (CMS): Worked as a QA Analyst for

testing the Customer data. It contains three modules - Customer Addition

module is used for adding new customers and editing the existing customer's

history. Customer Maintenance module is used for maintaining the history of

customers. Order Processing module is used for taking the orders from the

customers and checking their payments.

Responsibilities:

Description: The scope of the project is to test and validate CST (Claims

Support Tool) which is internal web application that helps the Customer

support team to aid with Insurance claims. The tool was designed, developed

and implemented using ASP.NET, C# in 3 Tier Architecture with Oracle as

backend. The tool facilitated the support team to service client accounts,

to file claims, assign a claim adjustor basing on availability and severity

of the incident and further advice on the status / particulars of the

claim. The claim adjustor is to be assigned basing on the incident. The

tool includes a module to trace body shops within the All State Network for

a particular address. The tool routes the claims to Batch adjudication

system which adjudicates the claims and sends them to the payment

department. The support team serviced almost 1000 claims per day.

presentation and user interaction through ASP pages, the middle tier

contains the business logic in business objects and is responsible for

database access and web state management and the backend is basically

systems which are responsible for Actual processing of Business Logic.
