Office Assistant
I have worked with temporary agencies since 2001
while simultaneously attending school, and have been
placed at numerous businesses in Reno, working in
administrative positions for varied contract
employers. I assist with processing payroll,
preparing invoices for payment, preparing financial
reports of spending using monthly report provided by
management. In 2005 for several months, I was
assigned as a temporary worker at the Nevada Fish
and Wildlife Office assisting the Administrative

processing and assisted in payroll processing. I
have been using automated or on-line computer
systems to perform my work. I am experienced using
Lotus Notes, Word, Excel, Access, Fox Pro, Corel
Office Suite, Siebel, and other proprietary
