structural improvements for water and wastewater treatment, and water
reclamation facilities. Additional projects included design of flood
control channels, raw water pipelines, reclaimed water reservoirs, pump
stations, sewerage force mains, utility tunnels, potable and reclaimed
water distribution systems, reclaimed water injection wells, and
groundwater monitoring wells. Engineering services were also provided
during construction of water and wastewater projects. These services
included monitoring and documenting construction progress, field
