Responsibilities

Currently I am in the process of rebuilding this sales team. I have 12

sales representatives on my team, covering South Florida. Territories

include, Port St. Lucie, Jupiter, West Palm Beach, Boca Raton, Ft.

New Product Development

Aside from rebuilding, I am responsible for introducing a new product to

the market. This market was chosen as 1 of 10 markets in the country to

roll out this new product and service. I am currently in the process of

finishing the market research, leveraging key account relationships to

obtain referrals, and perform market analysis. Using competitive selling

techniques, we are identifying decision makers in target accounts,

Responsible for New England region, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode

I completely re- staffed this region and increased sales performance by

30%. There were 8 open territories when I took over managing the team. I

hired 8 sales reps, trained them, and sold with them to increase

performance. I also, directly trained a potential sales manager to backfill

my position after my scheduled departure. Working out of 3 separate

locations with 3 operations departments and 3 separate P&L's, I decreased
