better manage their Federal, State and Local grants and improve the quality

of services being provided to their clients.

. Converted two separate software programs for 8 retail stores and 2

warehouses into a single software program. Resulted in lowering the

amount of inventory stock in each store by a minimum of $10,000, while

. Coordinated conversion of obsolete operating software to a new state-

of-the-art $100,000 software package. Resulted in an integrated

system that improved the efficiencies of all departments and resulted

in a better flow of information for management

. Set up point of sale software and hardware system for 9 retail

locations that had previously been operating on a card system.

Resulted in reducing the need for 3 staff positions, while improving

inventory replenishment, thereby improving customer service.
