Executive Director (2009- present)
Joint Emergency Communications Services Association, Iowa City, Iowa.
Coordinating the successful construction and implementation of the first
P25 compliant consolidation of emergency communications in the State of
Iowa. Anticipated opening date of July 1, 2010.
. Directed, planed and administered the overall operation of the
Joint Emergency Communication Center (JECC) including cooperative
working arrangement with the participating jurisdictions for
computer-aided dispatch of law enforcement, fire, and emergency
