WW-IGR employees a diverse work force of over three hundred (300) direct

and indirect employees sustaining a throughput velocity meeting production

and quality standards dictated by our customer. I have increased DL

production by 80% while reducing DL labor by 20%. We are now adjusting

the IL/DL ratio to come in line with a profitable organizational matrix.

11/03 - 11/05 Division Manager - KURT Manufacturing Company, Lyman NE.

FY-04 and the first three quarters of FY-05, my team was able to

revitalize the manufacturing environment and meet the Corp. Plan for the

first time in seven years. Through aggressive process improvements and

account management we have been able to achieve a gross margin of 32 % for

all commercial accounts and a net profit after allocations, while we

experienced a material cost increase in excess of 100% in the aggregate. .
