production by 80% while reducing DL labor by 20%. We are now adjusting
the IL/DL ratio to come in line with a profitable organizational matrix.
11/03 - 11/05 Division Manager - KURT Manufacturing Company, Lyman NE.
FY-04 and the first three quarters of FY-05, my team was able to
revitalize the manufacturing environment and meet the Corp. Plan for the
first time in seven years. Through aggressive process improvements and
