Objective

Independent Contractor to provide special Inspection Services as follows:

. Ensure that purchased product or services meet specified purchase

order requirements ( Visual or Measurements examination ).

. First part and Source Inspection at the vendor facility .

. Inspection of a product against a reference sample or a drawing/

specification .

. Inspection of damaged package. ( Carrier Claim )

. Sorting Inspection .

. Vendor Audit /Surveillances and Process capability analysis.

. Pre-shipment verification

Profile

A highly skilled, qualified and innovative Quality Engineer, having more

that 20 years of experience conducting manufacturing and cargo pre-

shipment inspections. Diversified product mix and industry knowledge .

Education

BS Industrial Engineering, ASQ Certified Quality Auditor. Certificate of

proficiency in Inspection and Metrology. Experience with MS office

programs.

Special skills

Familiar with measuring devices, Mil Std Sampling plans, Statistical

control charts . ISO 9000 standards and implementation GMP /FDA Standard

Operating Procedures .
